Solutions Architect, Conversational AI & Prompt Engineering

Job Overview

Qventus is leading the transformation of healthcare operations, enabling hospitals to focus on patient care by using machine learning, generative AI, and behavioral science to deliver great outcomes and empower care teams.
As a Solutions Architect for Conversational AI & Prompt Engineering, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of AI conversational agents and contribute to prompt engineering across other use cases.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conversational Logic & Prototypes
  • Design and implement AI conversational flow logic for effective, goal-oriented interactions considering disruptions and multiple paths.
  • Create and manage dialogue state, entity extraction, and intent recognition models.
  • Build scalable, reusable chatbot logic systems using modular design.
2. Technical Implementation & Development
  • Use conversation modeling techniques like state machines, decision trees, graph-based models.
  • Work with LLM-based conversational AIs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and LLaMA.
  • Utilize frameworks like Dialogflow, Rasa, Amazon Lex, Langchain to implement solutions.
  • Integrate chatbots with databases, CRM systems, and enterprise APIs.
  • Enhance chatbot capabilities with custom scripts, API calls, and integrations.
  • Develop and optimize intent classification, slot-filling, and context management.
3. Testing, Optimization, & Maintenance
  • Improve chatbot intent recognition and responses with ongoing training and tuning.
  • Analyze user interactions and conversational breakdowns to optimize accuracy.
  • Conduct unit, regression, and A/B testing for chatbot performance.
  • Implement real-time monitoring, logging, and analytic tracking of performance and satisfaction.
4. Collaboration & Documentation
  • Work with product teams to align chatbot functions with business goals.
  • Collaborate with software developers and data scientists to refine language models.
  • Document conversational logic, decision trees, and workflows for scalability and maintenance.
Additional desired skills:
  • Experience with conversational AI voice systems.
  • Understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-based chatbots.
  • Hands-on with embeddings, vector search, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Knowledge of knowledge graphs in chatbot workflows.
  • Machine learning techniques for intent recognition and dialogue management.
  • Experience with chatbot solutions in healthcare.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $200,000, with compensation influenced by factors such as location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
