Job Overview
Qventus is leading the transformation of healthcare by enabling hospitals to focus on patient care through innovative solutions leveraging machine learning, generative AI, and behavioral science.
The Senior Client Success Partner - Periop will leverage deep OR experience to develop relationships with key leaders and users, manage complex projects, support clients throughout contracts, and ensure high usage of the Qventus platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow successful partnerships with national healthcare provider organizations
- Leverage perioperative expertise to create and sustain buy-in from users, executives, and surgeons
- Challenge the status quo and influence clients to adopt industry-best practices
- Advocate internally for product improvements and collaborate with Product team
- Partner with Marketing for client training and engagement collateral
- Manage cross-functional work to meet contractual commitments and maintain relationships
- Navigate difficult conversations with client executives to effect system-wide change
- Lead complex engagements with clinical, technical, and operational teams
Qualifications and Skills
- 4+ years at top healthcare consulting firm or client-facing role in workflow-oriented SaaS
- Polished executive presence with ability to create compelling value narratives with data and visuals
- Experience in professional relationship development in hospital organizations, including system-wide settings
- Cross-functional collaboration experience, adaptable to fast-paced environments and evolving priorities
- Client or Account Management experience with complex healthcare organizations
- Ability to translate AI solutions into meaningful operational impact
- Passion for maximizing client value and satisfaction with strong ownership
- Excitement about AI's potential to transform healthcare
- Familiarity with EHR systems
- Ability to travel up to 50% nationwide
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding of surgical domain and hospital operations
- Knowledge of acute care patient flow processes and solutions
- Change management experience
Salary and Benefits
Salary range: $140,000 to $160,000 annually. Compensation considers location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
