Implementation Success Analyst

Job Description

Qventus is leading the transformation of healthcare by enabling hospitals to focus on patient care through innovative solutions that use machine learning, generative AI, and behavioral science to empower care teams and deliver exceptional outcomes.
As an Implementation Success Analyst, you will drive the implementation of the Qventus Perioperative Care Coordination solution, part of the AI Operational Assistant platform. Your role involves managing engagement, coordinating project tasks, analytics, and technical alignment, providing operational and technical support throughout the implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live.
You will identify, mitigate and resolve risks, ensure stakeholder alignment, and support Implementation Success Partners with both technical and operational tasks to ensure efficient and timely delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage deployment timelines and ensure deliverables meet project goals.
  • Collaborate with Implementation Success Partners, Customer Success Partners, Technical Product Architects, and Product Managers to maximize client value.
  • Support human-in-the-loop messaging evaluation with external partners ensuring timely responses and agent performance monitoring.
  • Leverage expertise in Electronic Health Records to create documentation to drive user adoption.
  • Provide insights to support Implementation Success Partners from kickoff to go-live ensuring smooth execution.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, advise on opportunities and challenges, and resolve project issues.
  • Address operational and technical challenges for timely deployments.
  • Distribute, monitor, and follow up on project deliverables.
  • Create high-quality executive-level deliverables rapidly during implementation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional work and represent accounts in prioritization efforts.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in workflows, KPIs, and team efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in project or program management with understanding of SaaS implementations.
  • Experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles cross-functionally.
  • Knowledge of perioperative metrics, processes, and solutions.
  • Project management experience in healthcare provider sector implementations.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with experience in JAVA/SQL and Excel.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, averaging 25%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare consulting, digital health, or health system organizations.
  • Proficiency in SQL query writing.
  • Familiarity with Epic and/or Cerner EHR systems.
  • Experience collaborating with clinical/process consultants on healthcare system improvements.

Salary and Benefits

Salary range is $60,000 to $90,000. Compensation considers location, skills, and experience and is part of a total package including benefits such as open PTO, paid parental leave, professional development, wellness and technology stipends, referral bonuses, and stock options.
