As Director of Product Management, you will define and execute product strategy, align with business objectives, and deliver innovative products for healthcare partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with market trends, customer needs, and company goals. Identify market opportunities and define the product roadmap.
Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product professionals fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Market and User Research: Conduct market analysis and gather customer feedback to identify trends, needs, and opportunities, ensuring products meet and exceed expectations.
Product Development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, collaborating with engineering, design, customer success, marketing, and sales teams.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, advocate for the product within and outside the organization.
Metrics and Performance: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Use data-driven insights to optimize product performance.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor27s degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, Public Health, or Business. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 7 years in product management with at least 2 years in leadership. Proven success in bringing complex software products to market.
Collaboration: Proven collaboration across all functions in enterprise SaaS healthcare technology.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills with a track record of building high-performing product teams.
Technical Acumen: Solid technical background, proficiency in agile methodologies, market research, data analysis, and informed technical decision-making.
Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
Healthcare Industry Knowledge (Nice to have): Understanding of healthcare industry, hospital operations, clinical workflows, regulatory requirements, and experience with AI and automation technologies.
This high impact role drives product innovation, improves healthcare workers and patient experiences, and enhances the value of the solution suite.
Salary Range: $180,000 to $220,000 annually, with meaningful equity as part of compensation. Salary varies with location, experience, and responsibilities.
