This role will bridge product and engineering teams to translate vision and direction into execution across multiple projects and workstreams. The Technical Program Manager will manage roadmaps, risks, budgets, resources, and cross-team coordination while driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Program Execution & Coordination:
- Orchestrate cross-functional execution across multiple related projects and workstreams.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and dependencies.
- Track and report program status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Manage program budget and resource allocation.
- Drive operational excellence and process improvements.
Team Coordination & Communication:
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration and alignment.
- Run program-level meetings and status reviews such as daily standups and sprint planning.
- Create and maintain program documentation.
- Resolve cross-team blockers and conflicts.
Risk & Issue Management:
- Identify and track sprint-level risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage bug identification and resolution across teams.
Resource Management:
- Track resource allocation across projects with initiative owners.
- Identify resource constraints and conflicts.
Required Qualifications
2–4 years minimum of program or project management experience focused on software engineering. Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager. Proficiency in program management software and tools. Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Collaborative, self-directed, and adaptable. Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. Onsite availability in Palo Alto (3 days/week).
Desirable Skills
PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications. Experience in healthcare or related fields. Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Familiarity with Smartsheets or comparable project management software.

Pay & Benefits
The pay range for this role is between $100,000 and $200,000, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role is eligible for equity, benefits, and cash incentives.
