Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced MLOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and maintain infrastructure for deploying and managing advanced gen-AI agents and workflows powered by large language models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement production-ready infrastructure and scalable deployment strategies for LLM-enabled agents and workflows
- Implement and optimize continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes for AI applications
- Develop and manage version control systems for AI agents, workflows, datasets, LLM models and their associated artifacts
- Implement governance and safety mechanisms for AI agent deployments
- Create tooling for testing and performance evaluation of LLM models
- Develop comprehensive logging and tracing systems for AI workflows
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance standards
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate experimental AI workflows into production-ready solutions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in machine learning and LLMs
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with strong coding skills
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and LLM frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI API, LlamaIndex, etc.)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Advanced understanding of machine learning model deployment, monitoring, and management
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions)
- Familiar with ML versioning tools (DVC, MLflow)
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Desirable Skills:
- Expertise in generative AI models, particularly those applicable to healthcare scenarios.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to innovate under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Previous employment at a FAANG company or similar, with substantial involvement in AI/ML projects.

Pay & Benefits: The pay range for this role is between $180,000 and $220,000, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits.
