Job Summary:

Qualified Health is seeking a Data Analyst to help us understand and visualize healthcare data for our clinical AI platform. You will work with EHR data, build dashboards, and generate insights that help teams understand clinical workflows and measure platform performance.
This role requires someone who understands the nuances of healthcare data — from patient encounters and clinical documentation to diagnosis coding and care patterns. You will partner with internal teams to translate analytical questions into dashboards and reports that drive decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build dashboards and reports that visualize clinical data, operational metrics, and platform performance
  • Write SQL queries against EHR data to extract insights on patient encounters, clinical documentation, and care patterns
  • Partner with internal teams to understand analytical needs and translate questions into data requirements
  • Analyze data quality issues, identifying gaps or completeness problems that affect downstream workflows
  • Create ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions and support decision-making
  • Document metric definitions, data sources, and analytical methodologies

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of data analysis experience building dashboards and reports
  • Healthcare data experience (EHR, claims, or clinical datasets) with an understanding of healthcare terminology and workflows
  • Strong SQL skills, including complex queries with joins, aggregations, and window functions
  • Dashboard development experience in Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data findings to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Public Health, or a related field

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Epic Clarity, Caboodle, or other EHR reporting platforms
  • Familiarity with clinical coding systems (ICD-10, CPT)
  • Python for data manipulation and analysis
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery)

Technical Environment:

You will work with healthcare data from diverse sources including Epic (Clarity, Chronicles, FHIR APIs), Cerner, AllScripts, claims data (CMS, commercial payers), clinical registries and specialty systems, and both FHIR R4 and legacy HL7 formats.

Impact & Growth Opportunity:

As a Data Analyst at Qualified Health, you will directly influence how our AI platform interprets and leverages clinical data from major health systems. Your expertise will be fundamental to ensuring our platform delivers accurate, meaningful insights that improve patient care. The role offers significant growth potential as the company expands across healthcare organizations and clinical use cases.
