About The Role:
As a Senior Product Designer at Qbtech you will play a critical role in shaping user experiences that are not only engaging and efficient but also empathetic to the needs of patients and professionals. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and healthcare experts, to turn complex challenges into elegant, user-friendly solutions.
Essential responsibilities:
- Lead the design of innovative, user-centered products from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with our brand values and vision.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions, focusing on enhancing patient and provider interactions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that communicate design intent and translate seamlessly across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to create design specifications and support the implementation process.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Stay informed about industry trends and medtech advancements to ensure our products remain cutting-edge.
Key qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design for web and mobile platforms.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Passionate about healthcare and motivated to design solutions that improve patient outcomes and experiences.
