Journey Clinical is seeking a Pennsylvania (PA) Licensed Telehealth Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to conduct patient intake and follow-up consultations for evaluating ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) eligibility, prescribe and monitor patient outcomes via telemedicine.

Responsibilities include suggesting treatment plan changes based on patient response, collaborating with Journey Clinical member psychotherapists, working with a care coordinator to streamline workflow, providing feedback on the care management system, and reporting to the Lead Clinician and leadership team.

Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.

Preferred: minimum 1 year psychiatric experience as a PMHNP and post-board experience.

DEA registration required.

Comfortable prescribing controlled substances when medically appropriate, especially for anxiety and depression.

Ability to synthesize medical and psychiatric information for effective clinical recommendations.

Patient-first mindset and dedication to high-level patient care.

Willingness to use simple tools (Slack, G Suite, Zoom).

Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced telehealth startup environment.

Interest in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy to transform mental health.
