Conduct patient intake and follow-up consultations to evaluate KAP eligibility, prescribe, and monitor patient outcomes via telemedicine. Suggest treatment plan changes based on patient response and outcomes. Collaborate with psychotherapists, coordinate with care team to streamline workflow, provide feedback on care management system, and report to Lead Clinician and leadership team.

Licensed to practice in Connecticut. Preferred 1 year psych experience as PMHNP plus minimum 1 year psych-related experience post-boards. DEA registration required. Comfortable prescribing controlled substances for anxiety and depression. Strong clinical synthesis and evidence-based recommendation skills. Patient-first mindset, high work ethic, and dedication to care quality. Proficient with digital tools (Slack, G Suite, Zoom). Comfortable in a fast-paced telehealth startup environment. Interest in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy for mental health transformation.
