Journey Clinical is on a mission to transform the growing mental health crisis by accelerating the adoption of frontier treatments that lead to lasting improvements in clinical outcomes. We have built a turnkey healthtech platform to safely and effectively expand access to Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy, starting with Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). Our patient-centered collaborative care model involves licensed psychotherapists delivering psychotherapy while our in-house medical team manages patient eligibility, treatment plans, and outcome monitoring. Our platform empowers psychotherapists passionate about PAP to become KAP providers and supports higher standards of patient care.

- Supervise Georgia advanced practice clinicians.

- Conduct patient intake and follow-up consultations via telemedicine to evaluate KAP eligibility, prescribe, and monitor patient outcomes.

- Suggest treatment plan modifications based on patient response and outcomes.

- Collaborate with Journey Clinical psychotherapists and care coordinators to streamline workflow.

- Provide feedback to improve our care management system.

- Report to the Lead Clinician and collaborate with leadership and co-founders.

- MD licensed to practice in Georgia.

- Georgia DEA registration required.

- Preferred experience as a collaborating physician.

- Minimum 1 year of psychiatric-related experience.

- Comfortable prescribing controlled substances appropriately.

- Experience prescribing for anxiety and depression.

- Ability to synthesize medical and psychiatric information to make evidence-based recommendations.

- Patient-first mindset with a strong work ethic and dedication to high-level patient care.

- Willingness to use tools like Slack, G Suite, Zoom.

- Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced telehealth startup environment.

- Interest in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy to transform mental health.
