The Usona Institute is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to oversee and manage clinical trial activities. This role involves leading clinical operations to ensure studies are conducted with quality, safety, and compliance. The manager will collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, regulatory, and other teams to execute clinical development plans effectively.

Manage operational aspects of clinical trials including planning, execution, monitoring, and compliance. Lead study teams and liaise with external stakeholders to ensure milestones are met. Oversee data management and quality assurance processes. Support regulatory submissions relevant to clinical operations.

Bachelor's degree in a life sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in clinical trial management, good knowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements. Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
