The Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional Product Marketing Lead to define and drive our product marketing strategy as we scale within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. You will own the entire product marketing function and directly influence how the market understands and adopts our platform.
What You'll Do
Go-to-Market Strategy
- Define and execute GTM strategies to drive awareness, demand, and adoption.
- Craft positioning and messaging for BD, Licensing, and S&E teams.
- Lead product launches and integrated campaigns.
- Align with Sales and Product on personas, buyer journeys, and value propositions.
- Use market and customer insights to guide strategy.
Conferences & Events
- Own strategy for key industry events (BIO, Biotech Showcase, partnering).
- Manage booth presence, speaking opportunities, and networking initiatives.
- Create high-impact collateral and demos; drive post-event pipeline conversion.
Campaigns & Content
- Build multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, ABM) to generate qualified leads.
- Develop case studies, ROI stories, and sales enablement tools.
- Collaborate with design for clear, engaging marketing assets and ensure brand consistency and thought leadership.
Sales Enablement & Success
- Equip Sales to articulate value and close deals.
- Maintain competitive intelligence and customer insights.
- Train teams on messaging, positioning, and new releases.
- Track performance and optimize GTM effectiveness.
Who You Are
Essential Qualifications
- 8+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare technology.
- Experience marketing to pharmaceutical, biopharma, or life sciences audiences (BD, R&D, or commercial functions).
- Proven track record developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies and product launches.
- Strong understanding of complex, technical products and ability to translate features into business value.
- Demonstrated success building marketing campaigns that generate measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Experience with conference planning, event marketing, and field marketing strategies.

- MBA or advanced degree in business, marketing, or life sciences.
- Track record building marketing functions at early-stage companies.
