Role Overview
The Partnerships Operations Lead (Healthcare) will operationalize and scale the data partner ecosystem that powers Protege’s healthcare AI products. You will own execution across onboarding, technical integration, commercial alignment, and delivery, working at the intersection of partnerships, science, product, and customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Operationalize healthcare data partnerships: lead onboarding, establish repeatable playbooks, coordinate secure data access and transfer, and partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to implement ingestion, normalization, privacy, and governance.
- Evaluate data readiness & quality: conduct structured evaluations across EHR, imaging, claims, genomics, device, and real-world data; assess completeness, quality, modality coverage, and fitness for AI training; identify gaps and remediation needs; establish partner performance scorecards.
- Execute on customer-specific data engagements: align partners on project requirements and timelines, track feasibility analyses, monitor deal progress, coordinate delivery milestones, and resolve bottlenecks.
- Drive ongoing partner performance & value: ensure partners fulfill obligations, monitor utilization and revenue contribution, identify expansion opportunities, and continuously improve operational workflows.
- Represent operational excellence: serve as primary execution contact for healthcare partners and build trusted relationships grounded in transparency and accountability.
Qualifications
6–10+ years in healthcare data operations, partnerships execution, or data program management. Deep knowledge of healthcare data modalities (EHR, imaging, claims, genomics, device, real-world data). Experience onboarding healthcare data partners and integrating datasets into platforms. Technical ability with Snowflake, Databricks, and related tools. Comfortable discussing extraction, normalization, de-identification, and AI training data readiness. Demonstrated cross-functional delivery experience and strong operational discipline. Commercially aware and pragmatic.
Nice-to-haves
Advanced technical or scientific background (MS or equivalent), experience with data aggregators or tokenization networks, and familiarity with privacy-preserving linkage and de-identification workflows.
