Position Overview
Seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead drug manufacturer and healthcare provider product experiences. The role involves collaborating with engineering, design, and data teams to enhance medication prescription, authorization, and fulfillment workflows to improve patient outcomes and platform growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop product strategy and roadmap for manufacturer and healthcare provider experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions for B2B and B2C channels.
- Build platform capabilities to enable manufacturers to engage prescribers and support onboarding.
- Use data to refine product experiences improving manufacturer support, provider engagement, and patient access.
- Conduct research to gather insights guiding product development.
- Track performance metrics aligned with adoption, retention, and manufacturer value delivery.
Requirements
- Passion for patient care and a proactive approach.
- 5+ years of product management experience in software.
- Proven success managing complex operations platforms and workflows.
- Ability to translate business strategy into product deliverables.
- Data-driven business outcome fluency.
