Working Student Customer Support & Customer Onboarding

Job Tasks

You will support and accompany veterinarians in the use of our software, answering questions and solving problems.
You convey the value of our product to all customers, turning them into enthusiastic Petleo users.
You support the Customer Support Team as the first contact for all customer inquiries, becoming one of the most important contacts in the company.
After thorough training, you independently install our software for new customers and train veterinarians in its use.
You meticulously maintain our ticket system to ensure no inquiries go unanswered.
You assist in updating and expanding our knowledge base.
You help improve existing processes and develop best practices.
You act as a key link between the Customer Service Department and our Tech Team, ensuring customer satisfaction through good communication.

Candidate Profile

You are currently studying a relevant field (Healthcare Management, Health Economics, Business Administration, Veterinary Medicine, etc.).
You have initial experience in customer service or account management, ideally in a software company.
You are flexible, tech-savvy, and can quickly apply new information.
You are confident with various software tools and can quickly learn new programs. Ideally, you have experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
You act proactively and solution-oriented.
You understand customer needs and enjoy personal contact.
You work independently, are committed and communicative, combined with a pleasant demeanor.
You speak fluent German and have good English skills in speaking and writing.
You are motivated and driven by eHealth topics and enjoy working in a fast-growing and dynamic environment.
