Your Tasks
You will build the company further together with our COO and the support of the entire team and develop best practice approaches.
You are responsible for creating and maintaining regular reports (also in the form of dashboards) and adhoc analyses in various company areas.
You identify improvement potentials based on the evaluated data and independently implement them in projects.
You support us in strategic issues (such as internationalization) and the care of cooperation partners.
You are the interface to the areas of Finance, Sales, and Customer Service and work closely with them.
Additionally, in a startup, new things constantly arise that we want to discover and tackle together.
Your Profile
You have successfully completed your studies with relevant professional reference (economics, e-health, finance, etc.).
Ideally, you have 1.5+ years of work experience in a startup (preferably B2B SaaS), venture capital, consulting, or similar (experience gained during studies is also relevant).
You have pronounced analytical skills to derive useful insights and strategies from data.
Common finance KPIs and their creation are not new to you.
You have excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
You have a hands-on mentality and contribute to the development of our internal processes and best practices.
You are very confident in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
You learn quickly and enjoy discovering new things, are structured and self-organized.
Nice to have: First experience with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot or Pipedrive) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Basecamp).
