Customer Support Representative

Job Responsibilities

You will support and accompany veterinarians in the use of our software and clarify questions and problems.
You will convey the added value behind our product to all customers and make them enthusiastic Petleo users.
You will independently carry out the setup of our software with new customers and train veterinarians in the use of our software.
You will help us update and expand our knowledge base.
You will assist us in improving existing processes and developing best practices.
You will have the opportunity to develop personally and professionally through various projects.
You are an important link between the Customer Service Department and our Tech Team and, through your good communication, ensure satisfied customers.

Your Profile

You have a successfully completed degree or training with relevant reference (Healthcare Management / Health Economics / Business Administration / Veterinary Medicine, etc.).
You have initial experience in customer support or account management - ideally in a software company.
You are flexible, technically savvy, and can quickly implement new information.
Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Hubspot / Pipedrive), project management tools (e.g. Monday / Notion) and/or ticket systems (e.g. Zendesk, Hubspot, Clickup) is an advantage.
You act proactively and solution-oriented.
You are service-oriented and have a structured way of working.
You work independently, are committed, and communicative - combined with a sympathetic appearance.
You speak fluent German and have good English skills in speaking and writing.
You have motivation and drive for the topic of eHealth and enjoy working in a fast-growing and dynamic work environment.
