The Impact

The Senior Vice President of Finance will serve as both a strategic and operational leader, responsible for optimizing financial performance and ensuring scalable business operations. This is a dual-role executive position spanning Finance, Accounting, HR, and Talent. You will partner with cross-functional leaders, oversee vendor relationships critical to margins and product capabilities, and help shape the company’s growth story for executives and investors alike.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Finance, Accounting, Talent, and HR functions, implementing scalable systems and planning rhythms that support growth.
  • Own FP&A processes including forecasting, budgeting, and developing the financial narrative for both executives and investors.
  • Manage strategic vendor relationships including banking, bureaus, cloud, and infrastructure providers that directly impact costs and product innovation.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to align resources with company growth targets.
  • Track and report on key metrics for operational efficiency and execution.
  • Contribute to high-impact, cross-functional initiatives including board preparation, audits, and annual planning cycles.

Who You Are

  • 10+ years in finance and business operations within high-growth companies.
  • 3+ years managing cross-functional G&A or finance teams.
  • Strong FP&A expertise with the ability to deliver both accurate forecasting and compelling financial storytelling.
  • Skilled negotiator with a track record of optimizing vendor and partner agreements.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to thrive in complex, fast-moving environments.
  • Background in scaling growth-stage startups and vendor-enabled product development.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B fintech or financial services.
  • Hands-on HR operations and compliance expertise.

Compensation

Annual US base salary: $240,000–$280,000 (based on experience).
