Viral Coach helps businesses increase company visibility and brand presence with organic social media, paid ads, and other digital marketing strategies. Our team includes social media experts with tenure on marketing teams including Amazon, Paypal, Nerdwallet, and others. We are quickly growing to serve small business owners between 1-50M topline revenue and need to expand existing teams to support aggressive client acquisition.
What You’ll Own:
- Pipeline: Outbound sourcing, referrals, inbound. You run 100+ targeted outreaches/day/role and keep the funnel moving
- Process: Scorecards, structured interviews, group screens, SLAs (48h screen, 72h first interview)
- Reporting: Weekly metrics including pass-through rates, time-in-stage, time-to-offer, time-to-productive
Outcomes (First 30/60/90)
- 30 days: ATS live, scorecards for top roles, 2 offers accepted for non-exec roles
- 60 days: 6gt;6 hires, 6lt;=7-day time-to-offer for non-exec roles, internal referral program launched
- 90 days: 10+ hires, >80% 60-day retention, recruiting playbook documented
Requirements
- 3 35+ years full-cycle; mixed roles (sales/CS/ops + specialist/creative)
- Proven capacity: 20 30 hires/year solo with quality
- Systems thinker: You treat recruiting like a marketing strategy - plan around company needs, establish KPIs, look for opportunities to improve the system.
