Role & Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer management for on-site hires across the U.S.
Proactively source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and referrals to build a diverse pipeline.
Conduct structured phone and in-person interviews, assess candidate fit vs. job requirements, and present shortlists to hiring managers with clear scorecards.
Manage ATS workflow and candidate communication to ensure timely updates, accurate records, and excellent candidate experience.
Negotiate offers and close candidates while collaborating with HR/compensation to align offers with budget and policy.
Maintain compliance with U.S. employment laws, coordinate background checks, and support onboarding logistics for on-site placements.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 6 months of hands-on full-cycle recruiting experience in the United States (agency or corporate).
- Proven sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards to deliver qualified candidates quickly.
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, iCIMS) and strong data hygiene practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation skills with demonstrated closings.
Preferred
- Experience recruiting for multiple disciplines (corporate, technical, frontline) and managing high-volume requisition loads.
- Familiarity with U.S. background screening processes and basic employment law/compliance for hiring.
