Loom Talent are recruiting a Production & Supply Chain Director - Luxury Homewear for a company based in Inglewood, Los Angeles. The company provides luxury products sourced and shipped from overseas to the US, entering production and quality phases before distribution.

Lead and oversee production operations for luxury, high value goods. Develop and execute a global production strategy aligned with growth and design goals. Manage and mentor the production team, defining roles, KPIs, and professional development plans. Oversee vendor relationships, sourcing, and negotiations to ensure quality, pricing, and timely delivery. Partner with design and sales teams to bring new products to market and fulfill bespoke client projects. Establish and enforce quality control standards across production and fulfillment. Build and manage production budgets, timelines, and capacity planning to meet revenue targets. Drive process improvement initiatives for efficiency and margin optimization. Provide weekly production updates to leadership and proactively flag issues or risks.

8+ years experience in production, sourcing, or supply chain with 3+ years in leadership. Strong background managing international vendors and offshore production. Experience in luxury home, fashion, interiors, or related sectors. Proven success leading cross-functional teams, delivering on time/on budget. Expertise in production workflows, SOPs, and KPI tracking. Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, strategic and hands-on.
