Overview of Function
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support 3-4 partners. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to operate independently with confidence and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide right arm support to 3-4 Managing Directors
- Serve as gatekeeper for executive’s calendar and time/space in the office
- Act as main point of contact for external and internal requests, including meeting and greeting when necessary
- Prioritize conflicting needs and proactively follow up, often under tight deadlines
- Extensive travel management
- Coordination of all expense reporting, maintaining a system for recording expenses which streamlines submission through Concur expense reporting system
- Manage documents needed for various meetings and decisions
- Triage constant flow of requests and provide Managing Directors with organized sight into upcoming meetings, deadlines, and needs. Assess urgency and determine appropriate actions, monitor status of pending items, provide follow up, and keep management informed.
- Own and maintain key client activities within Salesforce
- Perform ad hoc administrative work and projects as needed
Requirements
- 3+ years administrative experience supporting senior executives in professional services (e.g., Consulting, Legal) in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Interest and ability to work independently and be self-directed, including working directly with sector and practice leaders
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly flexible team player with professional maturity to prioritize and anticipate needs
- Responsive and proactive ability to work under tight deadlines and rapidly changing demands
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain high confidentiality standards
- Highly proficient technical skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
- Act as point of contact for external and internal requests including meeting and greeting when necessary
- Maintain a system for recording expenses to streamline monthly expense report submissions using Concur
- Assess urgency of situations, determine actions, monitor pending items, provide follow up, and keep management informed
- Undergraduate degree required

- L.E.K. Consulting has a hybrid work model in place for U.S. offices
- For Illinois and New York, base salary ranges between $65,000 and $80,000 (USD) with placement based on experience and skill level. Performance bonus, profit sharing, and other benefits are offered
