Role Description
This is a part-time role for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing executive schedules, preparing expense reports, providing executive support, and handling various administrative tasks. The role also requires excellent communication skills. This is a hybrid role located in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with some work from home acceptable.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
- Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
- Proven ability to provide Executive Support
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is a plus
- Experience in the financial or trading industry is advantageous
