Job Description Summary

The Clinical Connect Program Specialist will support the execution and expansion of BD’s Clinical Connect education platform, designed to deliver timely, targeted, and immersive training experiences to healthcare professionals. This role focuses on managing content and vendor relationships across three platforms—Acute Urology, Targeted Temperature Management (TTM), and Home Care—while ensuring customer support excellence for BD’s Urology and Critical Care business units.

Job Title: Clinical Connect Program Specialist Fully Remote
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the development and delivery of BD Clinical Connect offerings, including live, virtual, and on-demand training leveraging digital platforms and tools to align with BD product portfolios.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with external partners such as Fulcrum, Conexiant, Meta, Kinetic Vision, and Pfiedler to coordinate immersive training experiences, including virtual reality and continuing education modules.
  • Create and manage clinical education materials tailored to nursing and clinical audiences across Acute Urology, Home Care and TTM, emphasizing integrating digital formats and interactive elements to enhance learner engagement.
  • Support the design and deployment of VR-based training, ensuring clinical accuracy, engagement, and alignment with the BD Clinical Connect immersive learning goals. Support and ongoing development of the VR commercial leasing program.
  • Plan, host, and optimize clinical webinars, including speaker coordination, platform setup, audience engagement strategies, and post-event analytics and follow-up.
  • Provide high-touch support to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless onboarding, engagement, and satisfaction with BD Clinical Connect platforms. Help foster Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in collaboration with marketing and medical affairs teams when appropriate.
  • Organize and maintain training assets across BD Clinical Connect’s three segments of Core, Compass, and Continuum.
  • Track usage, feedback, and outcomes to improve platform effectiveness and user satisfaction continuously.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical Solutions Managers, and Commercial Excellence to align content and platform strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical or nursing field, preferably in acute or critical care; direct patient care or prior medical device industry experience will be considered.
  • Experience in clinical education, instructional design, or digital health platforms.
  • Strong project management and vendor coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with virtual reality or immersive learning technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with content development tools and learning management systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and similar tools.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working with external vendors in healthcare education or technology.
  • Knowledge of BD product portfolio in Urology and Critical Care.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and clinical competency frameworks.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Veeva training for MLR (medical, legal, and regulatory) review of content created.

Other Requirements: Travel time: Up to 25-30%, including overnight travel.

Salary Range Information: $99,700.00 - $164,300.00 USD Annual
