The role:

As a Telesales Agent German Language, you will play a crucial role in contacting our German-speaking patients who have shown interest in joining our innovative app-based program. You will inform them about the numerous benefits of the program and guide them through the registration process to ensure they understand how Oviva can help them achieve their health goals.

Job requirements

Main responsibilities:

  • You will call our patients who registered for our Oviva Direct App (only warm leads).
  • You will guide our patients through the registration process and support them until they start using the Oviva Direct App.
  • You will be available to answer questions about the Oviva Direct App.

What you bring:

  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Practical experience in telesales or sales.
  • You enjoy working with people and have an interest in the healthcare sector.
  • You accompany our patients through the registration process and support them until they start with our Oviva Direct App.
  • You like taking responsibility, approach tasks solution-oriented, and enjoy working independently.
