We are looking for telesales agents starting from February 2025 to further expand our Patient Success Team and contribute to the development of our patient community.

Requirements
Your tasks:
- You will call our patients who have signed up for our Oviva Direct app (only warm leads)
- You will assist our patients through the registration process and support them until the start in our Oviva Direct app
- You will be available for questions from our patients regarding our Oviva Direct app
Your profile:
- You enjoy working with people and have an interest in the healthcare sector
- Ideally, you have some practical experience in telesales or sales
- You have excellent German language skills in both spoken and written form
- You like to take responsibility, approach tasks in a solution-oriented manner, and enjoy working independently
