As we are growing strongly in Germany with our product offerings, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated team lead to support us in managing and developing one of our Patient Success teams and contribute to the growth of our patient community. This is a unique opportunity to accompany us on this new journey to design and develop our patient services.

Your Responsibilities:
- Onboarding of new employees: As an important part of our corporate culture, we value the successful and structured onboarding of new employees.
- Continuous development of all team members - including communication skills: A special focus is on the development of communication skills in relation to our patients.
- Work with various tools (including CRM management): To continuously increase the efficiency and quality of our work, we rely on modern software solutions and tools.
- Best practice sharing: Promoting an open communication culture and sharing best practices is a central part of our teamwork.
- Capacity planning: Efficient planning and coordination of resources is crucial to ensure smooth workflows and avoid bottlenecks.
- Data analysis: We place great importance on analyzing relevant key figures and data to measure the performance of our work and take targeted optimization actions.
- Performance management based on key figures: Our performance management is based on clearly defined key figures that make individual and team-wide performance measurable.
- Cross-functional project work: Our teams work closely together in cross-functional projects to develop solutions that affect multiple company areas.
Your Profile:
- Sales experience: You have extensive experience in selling B2C products and services.
- Leadership of larger teams (10+ members): As a team leader, you will take responsibility for a larger team of 10 or more people. You should have extensive experience in leading and motivating teams and be able to create a positive working environment based on collaboration and engagement.
- Empathy: We are looking for an empathetic team leader who can put themselves in the needs and perspectives of others.
- Analytical thinking skills: You possess strong analytical thinking skills that enable you to quickly recognize connections, interpret data meaningfully, and develop pragmatic solutions based on them.
- Communication skills: Communication is key to success in our daily work. We are looking for someone who can communicate clearly and precisely and is able to adapt different communication styles and channels depending on the target audience.
- Digital customer communication: We rely on innovative and effective digital channels for customer interaction. You should have solid knowledge in digital communication and ideally already have experience in telesales.
- Experience with CRM systems: You can work confidently and effectively with common CRM tools to maintain customer relationships, manage data, and optimize business processes.
