As the team leader, you are responsible for the administrative patient care and written customer communication. Together with your team, you ensure smooth processes, high service quality, and satisfied patients.

Your tasks:
  • Leadership and development of a motivated team
  • Process management – designing more efficient and digital workflows
  • Quality control and service improvement
  • Collaboration with Sales, IT, Coaching team, and Hotline
  • Data analysis and reporting to management
Your profile:
  • Ideally at least 3 years of leadership experience in administration or written customer service (back office)
  • Enjoy process optimization and digitization
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Customer orientation and joy in actively improving patient experiences
  • Very good German and English skills
