The Position:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner in Poland. Your main focus will be driving the growth of our German-speaking business by acquiring top talent. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to influence by working on global initiatives and supporting recruitment for our other countries. Your Responsibilities:
- Work closely with department heads to define job requirements and create appealing job postings
- Identify, evaluate, and approach candidates via various channels to ensure a diverse candidate pool (including direct approach and headhunting)
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications with a commitment to fairness and impartiality
- Manage the entire recruitment process while providing an outstanding applicant experience
- Contribute to global and country-specific projects and initiatives
Requirements
What You Bring:
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment, either internally or in an agency
- Fluent in German and very good knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Passion for creating a diverse and inclusive workforce and commitment to a fair applicant experience for all
