The position
As a Specjalista ds. żywienia z językiem niemieckim you will accompany, motivate, and support our patients from Germany on the path to a healthy life using our online chat-based Oviva Direct app.
We are looking for employees to support us part-time or full-time (from 24 hours per week to 40 hours per week possible).
Job requirements
Main responsibilities- Our therapy approach combines human expertise and digital support
- You conduct initial conversations by phone with our patients
- You carry out nutritional counseling digitally via the Oviva app and support patients via online chat and initial phone conversations
- You respond to messages individually and using our existing answer catalog on motivation, healthier meals, and support in implementing healthier habits such as more exercise
- You enjoy close collaboration with your team, participating in meetings and internal training, and engaging in our network of nutritionists through professional contributions and shared experience exchange
- You will have shifts between 7 am and 9 pm
What you bring- You have a degree in dietetics, nutritional sciences, or a related counseling field – beginners and applicants with relevant experience from an incomplete degree are also welcome
- You have very good German language skills
- You may have initial experience in obesity counseling
- You enjoy working with patients and see the benefits of digital health applications
- You convince with your strong, empathetic counseling competence
- You value self-organized work and have an interest in constructive experience exchange in a decentralized team
