Job description

Why Oviva?

Our goal is a healthier future for everyone. That's why we help people with weight-related health conditions through the most accessible and effective therapy.
We offer digital programs to support people with weight-related illnesses including obesity, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, and overweight.
While weight loss is the main goal for many people we support, our approach is not just about numbers on the scale but about improving their health, confidence, and quality of life.
We are rapidly expanding across Europe including the UK, Switzerland, Germany, and Poland. You will join an organization that has helped almost 1 million people so far and is growing strongly.

The Position

As a Senior Service Designer (a), you will design holistic service experiences that improve the digital journey of our doctors – intuitive, effective, and user-centered.
Your contribution is crucial to our mission to transform healthcare through excellent design. You connect strategy, UX research, and implementation to create scalable solutions that benefit both doctors and patients.

Job Requirements

Your Responsibilities
  • Take a leading role in solution development within our product team and actively shape the strategic orientation of our product roadmap.
  • Develop user-friendly, engaging interfaces and optimized workflows that sustainably improve our doctors' digital experience.
  • Conduct thorough user research, process qualitative and quantitative feedback, and create data-driven engagement strategies.
  • Design and implement A/B tests, develop target group-specific communication formats, and continuously optimize them based on user reactions and feedback.
  • Create interactive prototypes and wireframes for doctor-centered applications that integrate seamlessly into existing workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, clinical professionals, sales, engineering, and UX/UI design to develop cross-functional, effective solutions.
Your Profile
  • Experience in complex service design projects leading to the introduction of new products or significant developments with measurable business impact.
  • Sound knowledge of service design methods such as service blueprinting, journey mapping, and workflow optimization.
  • Strong research skills: conducting interviews and usability tests with professionals in both German and English.
  • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration with product management, engineering, CRM, content, sales, and clinical teams.
  • Proficient with Figma and relevant tools for design research.
  • Enjoy working in dynamic, rapidly changing environments with high adaptability and a hands-on mentality.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to make a real impact in healthcare through your work.
  • An exciting and meaningful role in a high-growth environment.
  • Extensive training and development opportunities along with a personal learning budget.
  • Flexible working models & home office work for a better work-life balance.
  • A home office budget to set up your workspace optimally.
  • Attractive salary & company pension scheme.
