About You

• At least 3 years of experience in CRM and marketing automation, with a proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns.
• Experience using marketing automation tools, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or Braze – you know your way around automation, segmentation, and personalisation.
• Strong data skills – experience working with SQL, Google BigQuery, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio.
• A strategic mindset – you don’t just run campaigns; you optimise and scale them based on insights.
• Excellent communication (German and English, minimum B2) and stakeholder management skills – you can work across teams and bring ideas to life.
