Role Overview
We27re looking for a Senior Accounts Lead to play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth, shaping high-value partnerships, and optimising service delivery across our key accounts.
This is a high-impact, commercially-focused role where you27ll manage NHS and private sector partnerships, lead complex contract negotiations, and directly influence our strategic positioning. You'll translate complex data into compelling insights, collaborate cross-functionally, and represent Oviva at senior stakeholder and industry levels.

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key NHS and private sector accounts.
- Lead high-value contract negotiations, renewals, and service expansions.
- Develop data-driven insights to support strategic decisions and demonstrate impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with BI, Clinical, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Represent Oviva at commissioner meetings, events, and industry forums, reinforcing brand positioning.
- Ensure contracts meet financial, operational, and compliance standards.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
- Champion a customer-first approach and drive continuous service improvement.
Job requirements
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in high-level account management, commercial strategy, or business development in healthcare.
- Track record of complex contract negotiation and stakeholder relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of NHS commissioning, frameworks, and healthcare policy.
- Ability to derive insights from data and translate them into strategic action.
- Exceptional communication and commercial acumen, with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems with resilience.
