We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager to expand our sales team and make our therapy better known among doctors.

The Position

As we are growing strongly with our digital obesity therapy in Germany, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Manager B2B to further promote our therapy among doctors. You will have your own doctor territory in Germany and ensure that Oviva becomes better known in this territory through telephone sales. This is a unique opportunity to join us on this new journey.

Requirements

Your Tasks

  • Build long-term relationships with medical practices (by phone and video call) so they successfully and continuously prescribe Oviva to their patients
  • Continuously refine Oviva's communication and support tactics through regular feedback loops within the team
  • Collect feedback and suggestions from doctors
  • Regularly maintain contacts and activities in the CRM system
  • Conduct training sessions with practice teams
  • Support the team by participating in trade fairs and congresses (about 2-3 times a year)

Your Profile

  • You have about 1-2 years of experience in sales, ideally
  • You have the ability to inspire and convince others
  • You have a high degree of self-responsibility
  • You have analytical thinking skills and can work solution-oriented
  • You enjoy lively communication with others
  • You have excellent communication skills in German and good English skills
