Are you a student in the natural sciences looking for an exciting opportunity to dive into the world of digital health?
We are immediately seeking a Student in the Business Development Department to support our Business Development team primarily with administrative tasks and project work. This is a remote job; applicants can reside anywhere in Poland.
The Role:
You will work within our Business Development team, supporting Doctor Channels, thereby contributing to increasing the awareness of our DiGA among doctors and strengthening doctors' prescribing behavior. Through handling administrative tasks, you will help us collect and analyze prescription data.
Requirements
Your Tasks:
- Processing and responding to doctor inquiries (e.g., registrations via our professional network page)
- Work within SalesCloud regarding patient leads and medical practices, as well as data collection and analysis
- Supporting ongoing projects and taking on smaller initiatives
- Digital maintenance of items such as inventory, including reordering materials
Your Profile
- Students enrolled in medicine, nutritional sciences, computer science, sports medicine, marketing, or equivalent fields
- Excellent German language skills
- Willingness and enjoyment of administrative tasks
- Basic Excel skills and motivation to develop them
- Communicative and ready to actively engage with customers
- Structured thinking and organizational talent
- Motivated, humorous, team-oriented, and flexible
