We are looking for telesales agents starting from February 2025 to expand our patient success team and contribute to the development of our patient community.

Requirements
Your tasks:
- You call our patients who have signed up for our Oviva Direct app (only warm leads)
- You guide our patients through the registration process and support them until they start using our Oviva Direct app
- You are available to answer any questions our patients have about our Oviva Direct app
Your profile:
- You enjoy working with people and have an interest in the healthcare industry
- Ideally, you have some practical experience in telesales or sales
- You have excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
- You like taking responsibility, approach tasks in a solution-oriented manner, and enjoy working in a self-organized way
