The role
As a Dietitian - German language, you will guide, motivate, and support our patients from Germany towards a healthy life through our online chat-based Oviva Direct app. We seek employees for part-time or full-time support (from 24 to 40 hours per week).
Job requirements
Main responsibilities- Our therapeutic approach combines human expertise and digital support
- You conduct initial telephone interviews with patients
- You provide nutritional counseling digitally via Oviva app and support patients via online chat and phone interviews
- You respond to messages individually and using our existing response catalog on motivation, healthier meals, and support for implementing healthier habits such as more exercise
- You enjoy close collaboration with your team, attend meetings and internal training, and contribute to our network of dietitians through professional input and shared experience
- You will work shifts between 7 am and 9 pm
What you bring- You have completed studies in dietetics, nutritional sciences, or a relevant counseling field – beginners and applicants with relevant experience from an incomplete degree are also welcome
- You have very good German language skills
- Possibly first experiences in obesity counseling
- You enjoy working with patients and see the advantages of digital health applications
- You demonstrate strong, empathetic counseling skills
- You value self-organized work and have interest in constructive experience exchange within a decentralized team
