The position

As a Digital App Coach, you will accompany, motivate, and support our patients from Germany on their journey to a healthier life through our online chat-based Oviva Direct app. We are looking for employees to support us either part-time or full-time (from 24 to 40 hours per week possible).

Main responsibilities

• Our therapy approach combines human expertise and digital support.
• You conduct initial consultations via phone with our patients.
• You provide nutritional counseling digitally via the Oviva app with patients and support them via online chat and initial phone consultations.
• You respond to messages individually and using our existing answer catalog on motivation, healthier meals, and support in implementing healthier habits such as more physical activity.
• You enjoy close collaboration with your team, participate in meetings and internal training, and engage in our nutritionists' network through professional contributions and shared experience exchange.
• You will work shifts between 7 am and 9 pm.

What you bring

• You have completed studies in dietetics, nutrition science, or a nutrition counseling-related field — beginners and applicants with relevant experience from an incomplete degree are welcome.
• You have very good German language skills.
• You may have initial experience in obesity counseling.
• You enjoy working with patients and see the benefits of digital health applications.
• You convince with your pronounced, empathetic counseling skills.
• You appreciate self-organized work and at the same time have an interest in constructive experience exchange in a decentrally organized team.
