This role supports Oviva's mission to provide exceptional care by ensuring outstanding customer service for German-speaking patients, doctors, nutritionists, and psychotherapists. The position ensures smooth customer communication and provides administrative support to the Patient Services team as an integral part of Oviva's customer service framework.

Your tasks:

  • Processing incoming and outgoing communication with German-speaking customers.
  • You are the first point of contact for administrative support for patients, doctors, nutritionists, and psychotherapists.
  • Monitoring and improving customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Documenting interactions and accurately maintaining customer data.

Job requirements

  • Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken. French language skills are an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with administrative and operational systems.
