The Role

The role of Business Operations & Strategy Analyst (a) is central to strategic development and operational excellence at Oviva. In this exciting position at the interface of strategy, operations, and analytics, you actively influence key business decisions and efficiency improvements. You work closely with teams such as Growth Marketing, Patient Services, Patient Success, Business Development, Clinical Delivery, Tech, CRM, and Product and report directly to the Business Operations & Strategy Manager. Your Tasks

  • You analyze key performance indicators, trends, and KPIs to identify opportunities and risks early.
  • With your data-driven approach, you derive precise action recommendations and support informed decisions.
  • You scrutinize operational processes, identify weaknesses, and find targeted optimization potentials.
  • You develop process improvement solutions to increase productivity and conversion rates.
  • You take on the implementation of process optimization and automation initiatives with significant impact.
  • Together with the operations teams, you improve technical processes and find pragmatic solutions for ad hoc challenges.
  • You coordinate the implementation of technical improvements closely with our internal tech teams.

Your Profile

  • You bring 2-3 years of experience in operations, business analytics, process improvement, digitalization, and stakeholder management and confidently operate in cross-functional teams.
  • You are comfortable with agile working methods and rapidly changing structures.
  • You solve problems independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • You make data-based decisions and draw clear conclusions from complex data sets.
  • You have strong communication skills.
  • Language skills: Fluent German and at least C1 level English (business fluency).
