OKKO Health develops home-monitoring apps that measure vision using simple, engaging smartphone and tablet games. Our mission is to improve access to timely eye care by putting data in the hands of patients and by developing AI that helps identify who needs professional care and when. We combine established vision science with new tests and analytics to detect sight changes earlier than traditional measures.

We provide a remote vision monitoring concierge service that acts as a safety net between clinic appointments. A smartphone puzzle game captures richer vision data and enables early detection of vision change, facilitating urgent, fast‑tracked reviews when indicated. Our technology supports clinic workflows (including complementing long‑acting therapy scheduling), creates opportunities for remote patient monitoring reimbursement, and can generate passive income for clinics that adopt the service.
