Novoic builds AI-enabled speech-based software to detect subtle cognitive impairment and early Alzheimer's disease. Our mission is to scale access to earlier diagnosis and better patient selection for clinical trials by analysing how people speak, enabling faster and lower-burden screening anywhere using a browser-based assessment.

We design and train advanced audio and language models to extract clinically relevant speech biomarkers. Our products include Storyteller (an automated speech-based cognitive test), a Dashboard for managing digital screening and monitoring at scale, and a Speech API for integration. These tools aim to provide low-burden, high-usability assessments that work on any smart device.

Novoic validates its algorithms with biomarker-confirmed clinical studies and collaborations (including AMYPRED trials and partnerships with research consortia). Our technology is used by 50+ medical centers and supports patient recruitment and screening for early-stage Alzheimer’s research and clinical trials.
