As a working student in the area of Content and Training Management, you play a central role in coordinating and ensuring the smooth running of our trainings on various topics of mental health.
You ensure that external trainers and our customers are well supplied with all necessary information and materials and that all trainings are correctly uploaded in our Learning Management System. With your creative streak, you also ensure that our trainings are effectively promoted through monthly newsletters and that our users find the best further training opportunities for themselves. An exciting environment where you can fully utilize your organizational and creative skills!

Your Tasks

Coordination with external trainers: You ensure that our trainers and customers have all necessary information and materials so that our trainings run smoothly administratively.
Coordination and uploading of all trainings in our Learning Management System.
Support in project management for the creation of new trainings and in the development of appealing and effective training materials.
Promotion of our trainings: You write monthly newsletters about our new training offers so that our users find the appropriate trainings for themselves.

Your Profile

You are a enrolled student in the field of economics with a focus on Human Resources (HR), business psychology, psychology, or a comparable course of study.
You can commit 16-20 hours per week.
You already have some practical experience in Learning & Development or training management.
You have an eye for detail and a structured, independent working style.
You live in or near Berlin, speak fluent German (native language) and English and have good communication skills.
You are interested in mental health and want to help us ensure that all nilo users can improve their mental health with the help of our trainings.
