About nilo
nilo is the mental well-being support for the entire workforce. Our platform empowers employees with 1-on-1 counseling sessions and evidence-based digital tools to proactively improve their mental well-being. We are a B2B provider - our customers' employees are the users of our platform.
Our goal is to break down barriers to mental health support and empower people to proactively work on their mental well-being. An integral part of this mission is our global network of well-trained psychotherapists, counselors, and coaches - our nilo Experts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's and Master's degree/Diploma in psychology, ideally focusing on clinical psychology and/or organizational psychology
- At least three years of experience in 1-on-1 counseling (minimum 800 hours)
- Use of evidence-based methods only
- High empathy and experience in helping people in difficult situations
- Availability of at least 5 hours per week for collaboration

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct online psychological counseling sessions (45 minutes each) with clients seeking to improve their mental well-being, hosted through our platform
- Identify client needs and offer individualized interventions for sustainable mental well-being improvement, addressing issues like insecurities, stress, relationship, and work-related topics
- Focus on prevention and equipping clients with tools to proactively manage their mental health
