Your Responsibilities
Management of Paid Channels: Responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing Paid Social, Paid Search, and review platform ads.
Campaign Management and Optimization: Develop and manage data-driven campaigns, continuously optimizing them to ensure maximum impact.
Performance Analysis and Reporting: Measure, analyze, and report key KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-based decisions.
Close Coordination with the Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to develop cross-channel strategies, leverage synergies, and ensure consistent communication across all touchpoints.
Proactive Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs, improve results, and ensure seamless lead handover.
Required Skills and Experience
Experience in B2B SaaS Performance Marketing: Minimum 4 years in a comparable role with proven success.
Performance Marketing Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta) and Paid Search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads).
Language Skills: Fluent in German and English, confident in business-level written and spoken communication.
Project Management: Ability to efficiently manage projects, conduct structured data-driven experiments, and manage budgets purposefully.
Data-Driven Work Approach: Analytical thinking and experience in automating processes using tools like HubSpot.
Creativity: Development of innovative, out-of-the-box campaigns that inspire and persuade.
Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, ideally in a startup or scale-up.
