About the Job

Your Tasks

• You take care of the psychological support of employees working in shifts (8-hour shifts) on site in Dortmund.
• You conduct empathetic and structured individual counseling sessions with people in acute stress situations.
• You design and moderate group sessions to promote exchange and mental health in the team.
• You analyze and examine employee behavior concerning motivation, leadership, stress, work climate, and corporate culture.
• You build trusting relationships with employees and develop solutions for complex challenges together.
• You support our team in Berlin in further developing our digital content on our online platform.

Your Profile

• Completed Bachelor's and Master's degree in Psychology (or comparable field).
• Initial professional experience in psychological counseling or therapy.
• Strong empathy, communication skills, and professional demeanor.
• Mother tongue-level German language skills as well as good English skills complete your profile.
• Experience working with digital tools and enthusiasm for a dynamic, modern work environment.
• Willingness to work during off-hours (night and weekend work).
