About the Job
We are looking for psychological counselors (w/m/d) for our psychological counseling in Dortmund immediately on a full-time or part-time basis.
The psychological service for our partner company is available around the clock and offers support and counseling for people in acute stressful situations through individual consultations. Additionally, conducting group sessions and conceptualizing psychological content are part of your responsibilities.
Your Tasks:
- You will take care of psychological support for employees working in shift service (8-hour shifts) on-site.
- You conduct empathetic and structured individual counseling sessions with people in acute stressful situations.
- You design and facilitate group sessions to promote exchange and mental health within the team.
- You analyze and examine employee behavior regarding motivation, leadership, stress, work climate, and corporate culture.
- You build trusting relationships with employees and develop solutions to complex challenges together.
- You support our team in Berlin in developing our digital content on our online platform.
Note: The position requires presence on-site in Dortmund. Remote work is not possible. You will work rotating shifts, including night and weekend shifts.
What You Bring
- Completed Bachelor's and Master's degree in Psychology (or a comparable field).
- You have initial professional experience in psychological counseling or therapy.
- Strong empathy, communication skills, and professional demeanor.
- Native-level German skills as well as good English skills complement your profile.
- Experience working with digital tools and enjoyment of a dynamic, modern work environment.
- Willingness to work during off-hours (night and weekend work).
