About nilo
nilo is the mental well-being support for the entire workforce. Our platform empowers employees with 1-on-1 counseling sessions and evidence-based digital tools to proactively improve their mental well-being. We are a B2B provider - our customers' employees are the users of our platform. Our goal is to break down barriers to mental health support and empower people to proactively work on their mental well-being through a global network of highly trained psychotherapists, counselors, and coaches called nilo Experts.
What we are looking for:
- A Bachelor's and Master's degree/Diploma in psychology, ideally focused on clinical or organizational psychology
- At least three years of experience in 1-on-1 counseling (minimum 800 hours)
- Use of evidence-based methods only
- High degree of empathy and experience helping people in difficult situations
- Availability of at least 5 hours per week
- Native Dutch speaking

Your job:
- Conduct online psychological counseling sessions lasting 45 minutes, hosted on our platform
- Identify client needs and provide individualized solutions for sustainable mental well-being improvement
- Focus on prevention and proactive mental health support
