Job Description
Join our growing sales team and play a key role in bringing our mission-driven platform to more companies across the DACH region. You’re exactly the person we are looking for if you can pick up the phone yourself: if there aren’t enough leads, you can get it done.
Your responsibility:
Work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to generate and qualify leads in the mid-market segment (DACH).
Own the early sales cycle: from first contact to discovery call to closing the deals.
Gradually take on more end-to-end responsibility for deals as you grow into the AE role.
Identify client needs and align them with nilo’s value proposition in mental health and workplace wellbeing.
Conduct product demos and support sales calls with potential clients.
Build strong relationships with HR, People, and Executive stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records in our CRM and contribute to a strong, data-driven sales process.
Represent nilo at industry events and trade fairs to grow our network and reach.
You'll be successful with these skills:
10+ months experience as an SDR or Junior AE in a B2B SaaS environment — ideally with demonstrable overperformance or promotions, as well as strong references.
A strong sense of ownership: you’re proactively picking up the phone yourself, building and maintaining a storing pipeline.
High motivation to grow into a full Account Executive role over the next 6–12 months.
Initial experience in conducting discovery calls, qualifying prospects, and supporting deal cycles.
Curiosity for sales strategy and learning complex sales processes.
Confidence to communicate with different personas (HR, People, Executives).
Enthusiasm for topics like mental health, people development, and modern work culture.
Native-level German and fluent English (company language).
